Back to work & Father's Day

So I'm back full time now.  I gotta say, those two weeks of part-time did not prepare me.  I knew they wouldn't, but I had hoped anyway.  Monday was crazy hard.  I cried.  A lot.

For the rest of the week I've been going home at lunch time since I live so close to work.  That has been much better.

Alex's family is in town this weekend.  I'll have pictures of that on my next post.  I also have a few things to show off for my talented wood-working husband next post.  Live in suspense!

Here are a few pictures to reward you for coming to my blog.

Bubbles!!! Thanks Mom for the bubble wand.  We finally played with it.

Chillin inside since it's hot.

Father's Day carrot cake for Alex.  Plus, this is the first time I've been able to make my own frosting.  It was brown-butter frosting.

Backoutside whenever we can.

Watering the runner beans.

I love that the tent is getting used!

I'm sorry that getting back to full time has been so hard. :( As routine sets in, I hope it gets easier. Hugs to you!!
